Making Homemade Ice Cream
Yesterday I made ice cream in Room 2 because we are learning how to turn liquids into solids, in Science. First we got our ingredients. The ingredients were evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla. We put the evaporated milk into a bowl and whipped it with an electric beater. Then we added the sugar and vanilla to the bowl and we whipped it again. It looked creamy. After that we put it in the freezer to make it go cold. Then we took it out of the freezer and whipped it again. We did this four times. The next day we ate our ice cream. It tasted like vanilla ice cream from the shops. I was happy because it tasted yummy.By Harley
