Learning-Intention make an information report about my animal.

1 group my ideas into paragraphs 2 use descriptive language 3 check my work for punctuation and mistakes.

Enjoying the tall trees found in rain and cloud forests. Sloths prefer sleeping while curled into a ball in the fork of a tropical tree. (The diet  of the sloths)

A Sloths Diet Consists of Leaves. Sloths eat leaves, buds, twigs, fruits and occasionally, insects and rodents. but the cecropia tree species is their favourite.

Success-Criteria: I know I am successful when I draw one of the after Easter story. 

1. Peter, James and John went fishing.
2. They fished all night and caught nothing.
3. Someone from the beach called throw their net on the other side of the side of the boat.  
4.Peter jumped into the river and he swam to the beach. 
5.Peter saw Jesus cooking fish.

Success-Criteria:I know I am successful when I write a report about shark.

 Sharks are fish. They are not mammals. 

Sharks have fins to help them balance. They have a tail so they can move fast. Sharks have sharp teeth. They have gills to help them breath. They have eyes so they can see.

Sharks can be found in the ocean.  Sometimes we can find sharks in the river.  They can live in cold or warm water. 

Sharks eat small fish, and smaller sharks. Some sharks eat sea-lions and seal. 
Sharks are cold blooded.

Success-Criteria: I am successful when I can draw one of the picture of Jesus showing his respect to a tapu in people by heeling the leper.

Multiplying by twos fives and tens: by Harley

Learning-Intention-W.A.L.T - multiply numbers up to 100.
Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I can multiply numbers using skip counting, doubles and repeated addition.
Problems:How many marbles are there altogether?

1) 2 children had 10 marbles each=20
I know its 20 because I Skip count by twos; 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 and I use doubles;
10+10=20 or 10x2=20.



2) Poppy,Sam and Mille have 5 marbles each.
How many marbles do they have altogether.=15
I know it's 15 because I use repeated addition 5+5+=15
and I multiplied by 5x3=15.

3)  Bentley eat 3 packets biscuits, and there are ten biscuit in each packets. How many biscuits all together?=30
I know its 30 because I used repeated addition 10+10+10=30; I multiplied 3x10=30; I skip count by ten =10,20,30.
